Eco Science Solutions Inc., a company vertically focused on consumer engagement and enterprise software provider announced that the company entered a Board Advisory Agreement in which A. Carl Mudd has agreed to serve as the Board of Directors of the company as Ombudsman for the company under Rule 53 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This, to the order and judgment in the settlement of a lawsuit titled In re Eco Science Solutions Inc. Shareholder Derivative Litigation Lead Civil No. 1:17-cv-00530-LEW-WRP (D Haw.).
Responsibilities of A. Carl Mudd
Mr. Mudd will chair meetings of the companies board as part of his responsibilities, including that of shareholders and executive sessions of the board. He will also serve as a formal liaison between the company’s senior management and the directors of the board. Mr. Mudd will be a formal liaison between the company’s senior management and the directors of the Board as well as coordinate the activities of the Board’s operating committees. He will assist the management in maintaining effective communication with shareholders of the company.

Mr. Mudd has management experience in the financial area with over 18 years of consulting and mentoring CEOs and Board of Directors of major global companies in strategy business processes and international operations. He has 37 years of experience in international companies holding the key executive positions of chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and president.
Also, Mr. Mudd is currently and has also previously served as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of other China and Us based NASDAQ and AMEX listed companies. He served as a statutory Director and Chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee of National Association of Corporate Directors-North Texas Chapter and as Director in Residence with the institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance school of management University of Texas Dallas.
